Will has been breaking-in and educating young horses since he was a teenager. His lifelong passion and dedication to horse training led him to establish Biddick Breaking and Pre-Training in September 2017. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of equine behaviour, Will has built a reputation for excellence in the industry.
He is fortunate to have access to top-class facilities that enhance his training programmes. These facilities include an all-weather arena, a horse walker, a lunge pen, and schooling hurdles and fences available both on grass and within the arena. These resources allow for a comprehensive and versatile training environment, ensuring that each horse receives the best possible preparation.

PRE-TRAINING
Following on from the initial breaking-in process, Will also provides further education through pre-training programmes, recognising the importance of continued development, he ensures that each horse receives tailored training to meet their individual needs and future career demands.
At Biddick Breaking and Pre-Training, Will has access to state-of-the-art facilities, whether the horse in question is being trained straight after breaking in or it’s coming back from a rest period before going into a selected yard, these top-notch amenities provide an ideal environment for transitioning horses from breaking-in to more advanced training stages. During this stage, he focuses on developing the horse’s physical conditioning and technical skills through flatwork schooling and jump training.
Will’s approach to pre-training involves a blend of patience, expertise, and a deep understanding of equine behaviour. He tailors each session to suit the horse's progress, ensuring that it builds confidence and capability in a supportive and professional setting. By schooling on the flat, he refines the horse’s balance, rhythm, and responsiveness, essential qualities for any discipline. Additionally, introducing the horse to jumping, he fosters agility, coordination, and confidence over obstacles.
